Nutrition is a cornerstone of health.  It plays a crucial part in helping you feel well and keeping your body functioning at an optimal level.  This webinar will be presented by Dr. Parrick.  Dr. Parrick was born and raised in northeastern PA, and earned his bachelor’s in biology from Wilkes University, and is M.D. from GCSOM, where he was the proud recipient of the NEPA Healthcare Foundation Scholarship as well as the Appleseed Foundation Behavioral Health Scholarship.  He is now a second-year resident in psychiatry at the Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education in Scranton where he is second-year resident leader and is involved with the lifestyle medicine initiative.  He has a special interest in forensic psychiatry, lifestyle medicine and nutrition, and is also passionate about fitness, being outdoors, cooking plant-based meals, and crafting fine Shaker style furniture.  He plans on practicing psychiatry locally when he graduates in 2023.
